The RIQ series partial rotary electric actuator is an efficient, safe, and energy-saving actuator. It is an actuator that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to achieve angular motion. It mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a controller, and other parts. The reducer is driven by the motor to generate rotational motion of the output shaft, thereby achieving switch adjustment control. It has the characteristics of small size, high torque, high accuracy, and simple operation. Suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, fan dampers, flue gas recirculation dampers, burner swing drivers, and similar equipment.

The inner and outer surfaces of the RIQ series partial rotary electric actuator housing are treated with anodized hard oxidation, and the outer surface is sprayed with epoxy resin coating, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The motor is equipped with a thermal switch inside. When the temperature rise of the motor is too high, the switch will control the circuit of the motor to disconnect to protect the motor from damage. When the motor temperature rises and cools down, the switch will be restored and the circuit will resume operation. The planetary gears are treated with special steel quenching, the turbine is driven with copper alloy for precision and reliability, and the rotating parts are equipped with rolling bearings, resulting in high overall efficiency and low noise. Equipped with external adjustable mechanical limit, providing fine adjustment of on/off positions, realizing external visual position indication, automatic switching for emergency manual operation, motor overheating protection, mechanical over torque, electronic over torque, fault alarm, ESD control.
