The RIZ series multi turn electric actuator is an efficient, safe, and energy-saving actuator. It is an actuator that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to achieve multi rotational motion. It mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a controller, and other parts. The reducer is driven by the motor to generate rotational motion of the output shaft, thereby achieving switch adjustment control. It has the characteristics of small size, high torque, high accuracy, and simple operation. Suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, blind valves, fan dampers, flue gas recirculation dampers, burner swing drives, and similar equipment.

The RIZ series multi turn electric actuator housing has undergone anodized hard oxidation treatment on the inner and outer surfaces, and is coated with epoxy resin coating on the outer surface, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The motor is equipped with a thermal switch inside. When the temperature rise of the motor is too high, the switch will control the circuit of the motor to disconnect to protect the motor from damage. When the motor temperature rises and cools down, the switch will be restored and the circuit will resume operation. The turbine adopts copper alloy transmission for precision and reliability, and the rotating parts use rolling bearings, resulting in high overall efficiency and low noise. Equipped with external adjustable mechanical limit, providing fine adjustment of on/off positions, realizing external visual position indication, emergency manual operation, motor overheating protection, mechanical over torque, electronic over torque, fault alarm, ESD control.
